Judging the Ajinomoto ASV Awards 2025 🌱

We were honoured to once again take part in the Ajinomoto ASV (Ajinomoto Shared Value) Awards, an initiative celebrating teams that are creating social and environmental value through innovation.

Our Co-CEO Mariko McTier served as a judge, joining a panel that reviewed a wide range of projects from across the Ajinomoto Group. What stood out most was how many teams are moving beyond sustainability — taking bold, systems-level approaches to regenerate the natural and social foundations that underpin their business.

It’s one thing to talk about transformation; it’s another to make it happen, especially within complex global organisations. The ASV Awards continue to showcase what this looks like in practice - courage, creativity, and long-term commitment.
