Keynote Speech, Osaka Start Line

SIJ’s Co-CEO Robin was invited to be the keynote speaker at the "START LINE OSAKA Beyond Borders!" conference on 26th November 2024.

With the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo fast approaching, this event—part of “Hack Osaka 2024”, one of Kansai's largest innovation festivals—focused on uncovering and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators in Japan 🌏

Robin shared the story of mymizu and case studies of other social businesses taking on major problems, as well as the many mistakes we made and challenges we faced on the way. He also explored current trends and opportunities (e.g. regenerative business models) and the immense power of business to tackle today’s global challenges💡

The day was filled with energy, including inspiring talks and pitches from young entrepreneurs (as young as high school!), showcasing their bold ideas and solutions.
