Social Entrepreneurship Workshop @ International Labour Organisation (ITCILO)

SIJ’s Co-CEO recently had the chance to conduct a session on "From Vision to Results: The Social Entrepreneurship Perspective" for the International Training Center of the International Labour Organisation (ITCILO).

Through an interactive session, we explored why social entrepreneurship and responsible business are critical in Sustainable Development, as part of the ITCILO's 8th Global Youth Forum.

We also dove into tools and concepts for changemakers, like Systems Thinking, developing your mission and vision, design thinking, and the role of Intrapreneurship (catalysing change from within organisations).

We thoroughly enjoyed connecting with young leaders from around the world, and the rich discussions on how we can accelerate business as a force for good and make our visions for positive change come to life!
